The Ecuadorian chocolate shell is genuinely smooth and melts nicely, and the coconut oil makes the center creamier than most truffles I’ve tried. Only gripe is that at 39% cacao it leans sweeter than I’d like for an evening treat, but a small piece hits the spot.
