The coconut pieces add a nice textural crunch that I wasn’t expecting, and the toffee flavor is properly balanced against the 47% cacao. It’s a touch sweeter than my usual dark bar, but the roasted notes keep it from being cloying. I’ve already gone through two bars this week.
